The role
Forget what you know and get ready to question everything you take for granted. You will face the design challenges thrown up by the dizzying evolution of artificial intelligence, giving shape to concepts that are entirely new. You will not be replicating visual references anyone has seen before; you will have to build the visual language that can make something as alive, disruptive and constantly changing as artificial intelligence both tangible and appealing.
You will be part of an environment that feels more like a laboratory than a traditional design team. You will work directly with AI experts to build and consolidate the image of a company that never stops growing.

What are we looking for?
We are looking for graphic design profiles to join the new communications team. People with experience translating complex concepts into clear, appealing, high-impact visual pieces; people who know how to build and maintain solid visual identities that stay consistent across different channels and formats. People with taste and aesthetic judgement, meticulous and committed to the quality and the outcome of their work.
The essentials:
- Figma holds no secrets for you: you must be able to capture concepts quickly while producing polished, well-organised and scalable deliverables.
- Aesthetics and pragmatism in equal measure: your designs must reach a high production value and, at the same time, stay aligned with the business goals.
- You speak every language: your counterpart will not always be the same. You will work side by side with the development team on the company's different websites, with marketing on communication content and with the business team on sales pieces. You must be able to understand and express each one's needs without losing consistency or quality.
- 0% ego and 100% adaptability: AI evolves at great speed; what works today may be obsolete tomorrow. You will work in fast iterations, with high exposure to feedback and in an environment that encourages questioning in order to reach the best possible outcome. The idea of rethinking something from scratch should not frustrate you, and letting go of your designs should not feel uncomfortable.
- Your stack is your competitive advantage: we are not looking for someone who uses AI as an occasional add-on, but for someone who has completely redefined the way they work thanks to it. Your production speed and the quality of your output must be in a different league from the rest of the sector. If you still measure your work in days when it could be measured in hours, this is not the role for you.
Nice to have:
- You are up to date with the state of the art: you have real, demonstrable experience with the latest image, video or motion graphics generation models. We are not talking about having played with them one afternoon; we are talking about someone whose work already reflects what these tools make possible and who uses them every day.
- You are hungry for knowledge: you will be immersed in a technical and academic environment, surrounded by people who love imagining and understanding the future. You will often hear conversations not only about AI or robotics, but debates about governance, economics or philosophy, among many other topics. Ideally, you are passionate about learning and want to be part of it.
- You love tinkering: you are not satisfied with your day-to-day tools; you love discovering new automations, finding a way to do something faster or more efficiently, staying at the forefront of what is new in your field and, above all, sharing your findings with everyone else.
- You want to build a culture and be part of it: we are looking for someone who not only excels in their role, but who actively joins our culture, enriches it and helps consolidate the importance of design within the company.
