The role
AI does not sit still: it thinks, acts, delivers, fails and tries again. Your job will be to give that movement. You will design how a living product behaves: an agent's states, the way it presents its work, the way the interface breathes. And you will also tell it in video: launches, demos and pieces that explain something that does not have a name yet.
Here, motion starts in the product. You will be part of the product design team, an environment that feels more like a laboratory than a traditional design team, and you will work side by side with development so that what you animate is exactly what gets implemented.

What are we looking for?
We are looking for a motion designer to join the product design team. Someone able to animate in vector with the precision an interface demands, to produce a video from start to finish and to design their own assets: they do not need anyone to hand them material to start working. People with taste and aesthetic judgement, meticulous and committed to quality down to the last frame.
The essentials:
- Vector animation with real output: you animate interfaces and deliver implementable animation, ready for the development team to integrate into the product as is.
- Video from start to finish: concept, visual script, assets, animation and editing. Your product videos do not depend on anyone else to exist.
- You design what you animate: you generate your own assets, with polished, well-organised and scalable deliverables.
- Aesthetics and pragmatism in equal measure: your pieces reach a high production value and, at the same time, serve the product's goals.
- 0% ego and 100% adaptability: AI evolves at great speed; what works today may be obsolete tomorrow. You will iterate fast, with high exposure to feedback, and you will not find it hard to let go of your pieces or rethink something from scratch.
- Your stack is your competitive advantage: we are not looking for someone who uses AI as an occasional add-on, but for someone who has completely redefined the way they work thanks to it. If you still measure your work in days when it could be measured in hours, this is not the role for you.
Nice to have:
- You are up to date with the state of the art: real, demonstrable experience with the latest video, image or motion graphics generation models. We are not talking about having played with them one afternoon; we are talking about them already being part of your day-to-day, and your work shows it.
- Motion is a system for you: you have documented animation specifications (principles, timings, easings) or contributed to a motion design system.
- You love tinkering: you are not satisfied with your day-to-day tools; you discover automations, find ways to do things faster and share your findings with everyone else.
- You want to build a culture and be part of it: we are looking for someone who actively joins our culture, enriches it and helps consolidate the importance of design within the company.
