The role

We are looking for someone with exceptional visual judgement to take part in building it. Someone able to step into an idea before it is fully formed, understand what it could become and give it a visual form that is distinctive, coherent and built to last.
You will be part of an environment that feels more like a laboratory than a traditional design team. You will work directly with AI experts to build and consolidate the image of a company that never stops growing.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for a Brand Specialist to join the brand team. Someone with experience translating complex concepts into clear, appealing, high-impact visual pieces; someone who knows how to build and maintain solid identities that stay consistent across different channels and formats. A person with taste and aesthetic judgement, meticulous and committed to the quality and the outcome of their work.
The essentials
- Experience and leadership: you have taken on complex challenges many times and you have a portfolio that backs it up. On top of that, you must have spent several years leading branding projects and/or teams.
- Aesthetics and pragmatism in equal measure: your designs must reach a high production value and, at the same time, stay aligned with the business goals. Your decisions will have a major impact on the company: you will not only have to design well, you will also have to think big.
- You speak every language: your counterparts will not always be the same, as you will work side by side with several teams. You must be able to understand and express each one's needs without losing consistency or quality.
- 0% ego and 100% adaptability: AI evolves at great speed; what works today may be obsolete tomorrow. You will work in fast iterations, with high exposure to feedback and in an environment that encourages questioning in order to reach the best possible outcome. The idea of rethinking something from scratch should not frustrate you, and letting go of your designs should not feel uncomfortable.
Nice to have
- You are up to date with the state of the art: you have real, demonstrable experience with the latest image, video or motion graphics generation models. We are not talking about having played with them one afternoon; we are talking about someone whose work already reflects what these tools make possible and who uses them every day.
- You are hungry for knowledge: you will be immersed in a technical and academic environment, surrounded by people who love imagining and understanding the future. You will often hear conversations not only about AI or robotics, but debates about governance, economics or philosophy, among many other topics. Ideally, you are passionate about learning and want to be part of it.
- You love tinkering: you are not satisfied with your day-to-day tools. You love discovering new automations, finding a way to do something faster or more efficiently, staying at the forefront of what is new in your field and, above all, sharing your findings with everyone else.
