It's an AI assistant built for businesses. From a single place you use ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and other models, connected to your company's documents, email and files. The company manages the whole team's accounts, and nothing you write is used to train any AI model.

Summarising long documents and emails, drafting emails, proposals or template contracts, analysing a spreadsheet, searching the internet with sources, or translating. It also creates ready-to-use documents that you can export to Word, PDF or Google Docs.

No. Write to it as you would to someone on your team, or dictate with the microphone. The Library has assistants ready for specific tasks, and you can save your own instructions so you don't have to repeat them. It works in your computer or phone browser, with nothing to install.

By default it uses “AiKit”, which picks the best model available at any given moment. If you'd rather use a specific one, you can choose between ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, DeepSeek, Grok, Mistral and others. Each has a Fast mode and an Expert mode, which thinks longer before answering.

PDF (scanned ones too), Word, Excel, PowerPoint, images, audio and text files. The assistant reads them and answers about their content. For now it doesn't accept video or password-protected files.

Yes: Gmail, Google Calendar and Google Drive, or Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint and Teams. Each person connects their own account and decides what to use in each conversation. The assistant reads, searches and summarises, but it doesn't send emails or create events on your behalf.

Yes. Online search is on by default and every answer links to the pages it consulted, so you can check them. It searches websites, news, academic papers, places and products.

It's never used for training, on any plan: neither AiKit nor the AI providers learn from what you write or upload. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and we sign a GDPR-compliant data processing agreement.

With shared projects: a folder with documents, instructions and conversations that the whole team or a department can see. You can also share skills (reusable instructions, such as “reply in the company's tone”) and publish a chat through a read-only link.

You don't pay per message. Your organisation has a monthly usage limit that grows with the number of people. If it's reached, the assistant doesn't cut out: it keeps working with a more economical model until the limit renews the following month, and the whole team sees a notice with the date.
