Desk

Invoices with Verifactu, clients and time tracking. And you just ask the chat.

What Desk is

Desk runs your business's day-to-day: invoicing ready for Verifactu and TicketBAI, every client's record, quotes, tasks and the team's working-time records. Whatever you need, ask Chat in a sentence. Verifactu becomes mandatory in 2027; here it's already in place.

Invoices with Verifactu, no hassle

No more making each invoice by copying the last one, unsure whether it meets the rules. Now it goes out with Verifactu straight to the Tax Agency, or with TicketBAI if you're in the Basque Country.

Your team's clock-ins, in one click

The sign-in sheet full of gaps that someone fills in at the end of the month. Now each person clocks in and out, the working-time record is saved and any correction leaves a trail. If the labour inspector comes, you already have it all.

Desk in numbers

The daily paperwork, in a sentence and not a whole afternoon.

Your clients, all in one place

The client's phone number is in a notebook and what they asked for, in a lost email. Their details and notes live in their record, and every opportunity moves forward until the quote is accepted. You know who to call today.

Ask Chat and it's done

Adding a client or moving a meeting means finding the right screen and filling in its fields. Tell Chat the way you'd tell someone at the office: “move Thursday's meeting to Friday”. And it's done.

Everyone in your organisation on AiKit, with no separate licences. Whoever administers the organisation decides, person by person, who has access to invoicing (no access, basic or full), to clients and to time-tracking management.

Yes. Each person clocks in and out with a button in AiKit's top bar and can check their own records. Managers see the whole team's attendance.

Your company has its own email address for invoices. Everything your suppliers send there appears in Desk as a draft supplier invoice, with the file attached, and you just review and complete it.

Today it doesn't include payroll, bank connection, online payments, an online shop or tax filing (Spanish forms 303, 111 or 390). Your accountant can keep filing the returns with the invoices you issue from Desk.
