We process the identifying and contact data you provide to us for the sole purpose of managing your application and assessing your suitability within our selection process.
The legal basis is the taking of pre-contractual steps at your request (your participation in the selection process) and your consent, which you give by accepting this policy and submitting the form. You may withdraw it at any time.
We retain your data for the duration of the selection process and, if you are not selected, for a maximum of one year so that we can consider you for future processes, unless you ask us to erase it sooner.
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability at any time, free of charge, by writing to legal@aikit.io. If you consider it necessary, you may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
